Recipe from my grandma...and now im sharing it....spread the love!!Everywhere i go, i will make sure i have these in my fridge...
I do alot of cont and french cooking...but this time its time for my homely dishes...which is also my fav dishes...
We headed off to SS, where we can find the freshest and yet super variety of asian ingredients! WOW! Did a fast shopping and headed back home..gosh it was 1700hrs already! So late...Mr Goh, as a newbie...did pretty well! But my ..... blender wend kinda of fatigue! And the blending didnt go quite smoothly!!!!!! ARGH! Took us a long time to cook those 2 tubs!
Our assistant couldn't tolerate the harshness of the onions and broke down..

Our food tasters...can u believe em? they came all the way from taiwan.....ZOE!!!! U seeing this? HAHA They said things just like u! GAN GAN GAN! and yao shiuuuu!! HAHAHAHA! Its hilarious..
And the terrible thing...they did things like u did to me! Is that your culture?HAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!!!!!!

Ok the blanched vege with oyster sauce isn't indonesian..I learn this from a 'super formidable' HK woman i knew in paris...she made one of the best blanched veges i ever had...especially the blanched ice berg lettuce...Unforgettable!

I suggested the crowd to use the traditional method of eating indonesian food! With the fingers! HAHA! It was their first try ever! Hilarious expressions and feedback from them!!!!Thumbs up..at least they bother to try something new! Simply and nice dinner! LOVELY LOVELY!!!
Good job Mr GOH! everyone enjoyed them...even the 'tabao-ers' will enjoy them too!
